EU Project Advisor

to work remotely

If you have experience in managing complex projects, both from the legal, financial and strategical  perspective, and you are not afraid of challenges, then you should read more about this position.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Running day-to-day communication with Polite clients, maintaining long-term relationships
  • Tasks related to EIC Accelerator (Horizon Europe) projects’ management in English
  • Writing reports, documentation, presentations
  • Organising project meetings and workshops
  • Constant support to Polite clients for the preparation of technical and financial reports for the EC
  • Gathering information and documentation from Polite’s client to prepare financial reports
  • Keeping deadlines and advanced work planning
  • Ongoing support with other tasks carried out by the Polite team

Key skills/experience

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, European studies or similar
  • Experience in admin work, in reporting and managing of budgets, in preparing and using Excels, in strategical support to small and medium companies
  • Excellent communication in English and French
  • Experience in working with clients from different countries
  • Excellent skills in reading and writing reports, preparing documentation
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to work to tight deadlines, not afraid of challenges
  • Availability to travel in Europe from time to time
  • Detailed oriented and problem-solver
  • A team player with a positive outlook
  • Sense of humour

Additional advantages

  • Experience in understanding and following the EU procedures/programs and legal and financial schemes
  • Any experience with EU framework programmes (FP6, FP7, H2020, HE)

EU Project Assistant

to work remotely

If you have experience in admin and project management focused on administration and documentation, and you are not afraid of challenges, then you should read more about this position.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Horizon 20202 and Horizon Europe projects support according to the company procedures
  • Supporting PM in financial management including cost calculation following Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe methodologies
  • Preparation of the Power Point presentations according to PMs’ instructions
  • Organising projects’ meetings and workshops (also at clients’ premises – Europe)
  • Constant support to PM in the preparation of technical and financial reports for the EC
  • Gathering documentation from the clients according to PM’s guidance, assisting in all administrative activities
  • Keeping deadlines and helping with plan workflow
  • Running day-to-day communication within Polite teams
  • Ongoing support with other tasks carried out by the Polite team

Key skills/experience

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, European studies or similar
  • Experience in reporting and project management, budgeting, office work, admin work and other administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication in English and Polish
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Excellent skills in keeping the paper work in order,  preparing documentation, organizing and keeping processes flow smoothly and on time
  • Strong organizational skills, loving to keep things in order
  • Punctuality and ability of managing calendars
  • Finding a true satisfaction in being supportive to other team members
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in using Excel
  • Flexibility to adapt changing priorities and ability to work to tight deadlines, not afraid of challenges
